• Understand that processing times vary and are outside our control

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees are non-refundable once processing has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Embassy fees, courier charges, and third-party costs are additional and non-refundable.

All official communication and transactions must be conducted through our official channels (website, office, verified phone/WhatsApp, and official social media). We are not responsible for any dealings with fake or unofficial accounts.

7. Intellectual Property
